Great location near subway and restaurants, English-speaking staff, room with washing machine, clean room, helpful staff, main palaces and Insadong within walking distance.

The hotel's location was extremely convenient, with a major subway station just a short walk away. This made it easy to explore all the tourist attractions in the area. the friendly and helpful staff ensured a pleasant stay. The room was well-equipped with amenities such as a comfortable bed and pillows, as well as a functioning WiFi connection. The breakfast, although basic, provided a good start to the day.

The AC plugs in the room were limited, which made it difficult to charge multiple devices at once.

the staff at Top Hotel & Residence were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to provide information and assistance. the room was well-equipped with modern amenities like a TV, computer, washing machine, and kitchenette. I loved the comfortable reception lounge, complete with a library of CDs and complimentary coffee. the location was surrounded by numerous restaurants and convenience stores, and the subway station was just a short 10-minute walk away.

This hotel offers great value for money. The prices are reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail. The location is fantastic, deep inside a traditional Korean market and also conveniently situated near the subway. The staff provide excellent service and the basic amenities are top-notch, with rooms that even include a washing machine, perfect for backpackers like myself. The rooms are well-equipped with a big fridge and offer a nice view. The limited cupboard space is a minor inconvenience, but overall, this hotel provides a comfortable and convenient stay, with breakfast provided.

We had a fantastic stay at Top Hotel & Residence Insadong. Our room was ultra-modern with a double bed, kitchen, computer, TV, high-speed internet. The staff were very friendly and spoke English. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring bustling Insadong and it was close to multiple subway lines. We also appreciated the option to visit both the tourist area and the more traditional backstreets. we had a luxurious experience at a budget price. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Seoul.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the linens and the entire hotel was perfect. The room had great amenities like a microwave, stove, hood, fridge, and even a washing machine. The staff, particularly Mr YoungJun, provided excellent and friendly service. The hotel's location was perfect, just a one-minute walk to the subway entrance and surrounded by restaurants. It was also conveniently close to the main attractions of the city.
